A few things we’re often asked.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are packed with care in the UK and sent from our studio.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders dispatch within 1–2 working days.
UK delivery usually arrives within 2–4 days.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes. If something isn’t quite right, you can return it within 14 days in its original condition.
Simply get in touch and we’ll guide you through it.

Are the enamel pieces food-safe?

Absolutely. Every piece is fully food-safe and made for everyday use.

Can I put the enamelware in the dishwasher?

Yes — it’s dishwasher-safe.
Hand-washing may help maintain its colour for longer, but both are suitable.

Will the colour or speckle vary?

Subtle variations are natural and part of the charm. Each piece is individually finished, giving every item a slightly unique look.

How do I care for my enamelware?

Enamel is wonderfully durable, and a little care helps it stay beautiful:

• Not suitable for the microwave.

• Avoid using metal scourers to keep the surface smooth.

• Suitable for the oven, hob, dishwasher and even over a campfire.

• If chipped, it’s still safe to use — the steel beneath is naturally food-safe.
